The first step in your journey involves understanding you! To help we use PathwayU a self-guided career assessment tool
that helps you navigate through a personalized career exploration process. Using a predictive algorithm, PathwayU helps
you identify career options based on your unique interests, personality, values, and workplace preferences. Your results do
not define who you are but instead, help you become more self-aware.

Go to wichita.PathwayU.com to get started!
Select JOIN NOW and complete the information to build your profile.
Select FIND MY CALLING, a verification e-mail will be sent to your provided email.
On your email account, select VERIFY YOUR EMAIL, and you will be taken to a confirmation page.
Once your email is verified, you will be prompted to log in and take the survey and the following four assessments:
Interests, Values, Personality, and Workplace Preferences. If you have trouble getting into your account
email SCA@wichita.edu.

Completing all four of the PathwayU assessments should take about 20 minutes.
You can complete them all at once, or space it out and take them one at a time. Additionally,
you are able to retake any assessments at any time. This is great if you are revisiting the Need
to Know phase or just feel like your results no longer align with who you are!
