Your interview does not stop when you leave the room. It is important you spend time renecting on the experience and
follow up in a timely manner. Learn more about the post interview process below.
Reflection
Spending some time renecting on your experience after an
interview is important not only to understand how you can
improve but also to further evaluate the position you are
interviewing for.
" What went well? What didn't go well?
" Were you prepared or do you need to do more research?
" What can you improve upon?
" Did you stay engaged throughout the entire interview?
Follow Up
Following up after an interview is essential to demonstrate
continued interest, reinforce qualiocations, and leave a
lasting impression on the interviewer.
" Send a thank you note or e-mail to your interviewers.
" Follow through with any additional information they
needed or asked for.
" If you haven9t heard back within the given time frame
reach back out for any updates.
